Effective
It's a good idea to keep on hand to help relieve sinus issues. Other Mucinex help is good to keep handy also .. Effective usually.

Highly effective
Have tried quite a few other nasal sprays based on recommendations from an ENT. This one by far seems the most effective and lasts the entire advertised time.

Works Great-But Burns
I have mixed feelings about this product. I really like how it clears my sinuses, but I wish it could do it without burning so bad for about a minute and a half. It's not the end of the world, but it would sure be nicer if they could make one that works really well that doesn't burn. Value wise, I think it's priced accordingly.

Great to have around. It burns and causes a lot of post nasal drip, but it will definitely clear up any congestion you have

This will clear your nose!! You can breathe again!!
Can you breathe through your nose? Me neither.. this stuff is the only one that clears my sinuses. Just a heads up, this stuff is addictive. Meaning your nose will soon be reliant on this to clear. Use as directed. Don’t get hooked. Just say no!! After a few days or so.

Safety lid is impossible to open on some of the bottles.
This a great product, if you can get the safety lid off. My husband and I both worked on two different purchases. The first one couldn't get off, so had to toss it out and then last night, we tried to open a new purchase and the lid and sprayer broke off. Had to throw away.
