I've had severe leg cramps, mostly at night, and muscle spasms in my tonsil. This has been going on for 10 years. Words cannot describe how severe the pain is. Normally you simply get out of bed, take a few steps and the cramps let up. NOT THESE! It would take soaking in a tub of hot water at least 3 minutes, but I would stay in the tub for at least 15 minutes. I stumbled across liquid magnesium, and man was I ever thankful. Two good size swallows and the cramps would be gone in one to three minutes, and usually would not come back for the rest of the night. Then I began taking B15, two a day at breakfast. In one week my muscle problems were 75% gone. After two weeks 90% gone. I believe they're going to !00% gone by the end of February. B15 is a miracle in my life. I take this three times a day and it works wonders for me and my Husband. Always drink plenty of water when taking.

I’m trying this product bc it boost your energy. All vitamin B ‘s are water soluble so you need them daily.

Too soon to tell if there are any health benefits from this product. Also, what may be beneficial to one person may not be beneficial to another. Only time will tell.
