Powdered Peanut Butter - PB2 - 85% Less Fat and Calories - 6.5 Ounces,(Pack of 4)

If you like peanut butter BUT don't want the guilt from the fat/calories this is the way to go. I took a gamble on this product and the gamble paid off. Everyone in my family LOVES it. My husband is a huge PBJ person. He didn't want to try this but LOVES it! It is fantastic tasting. I throw it in my smoothies. I make PBJ sandwiches for my family (they don't even know the difference) and I make deserts with it. It's the best. I follow a low fat/high carb lifestyle and couldn't thank the creator of this more for allowing me to add peanut butter back into my diet plan! Life is good! GREAT for Type II Diabetics to add some fun into their diet. :)UPDATE: Just blended 4 Medjool dates with 3/4 ml. of Oat Milk, 1 teaspoon Cocoa Powder and 1 heaping teaspoon of PB2. Holy crap! It's more than awesome tasting! It's consistency is that of a pudding. It has a subtle taste of everything. Not too much chocolate...not too much date....not too much PB2. Just right! I have found my new go-to desert/snack without any guilt! Love it!!!

In my house, we are peanut butter fanatics. We use it on sandwiches, in homemade protein shakes, puddings and bars. We ALWAYS use natural, made with coconut or maple or plain ol' plain. Now, peanut butter is healthy, with good fats. But, it is also high in calories and some bad fats as well.We were looking for something that could be used from time to time in place of regular PB, and found this.I am happy (and quite frankly surprised) to report that this powdered peanut butter, when mixed right, tastes no different than most regular peanut butters.Do NOT go by the jars instructions! Start with it, but keep adding water until you get the right consistency. Don't want to do that much work to figure it out? TOO BAD! IT'S WORTH IT!We usually use 6+ tablespoons of water to 4 scoops to get enough for sandwiches or crackers etc..you must experiment.The taste is excellent and the calories, fat, sugar and carbs are WAY small compared to regular.Buy a jar and try it. You have nothing to lose, but weight.Highly recommend, but mix it right!

I have been looking for an alternative to peanut butter because I love it, but need to avoid all the extra calories and fat. I discovered this while in Tampa at a yogurt shop that was using it as a sprinkle on top of their frozen yogurt deserts. Now, I'm hooked! There is no extra sugar, fat or salt in this product, so you can sweeten or salt it to taste. It is easy to mix and I usually do so a couple of tablespoons at a time. My two dogs love it, too, because I will mix it in with their dry dog food from time to time. They go crazy! Buyers should expect that this will taste more like natural peanut butter without the mess. Since there is no salt or sugar added, peanut butter will simply be that, which will take a little getting used to if you are used to the "over manufactured" brands. Personally, I like my peanut butter to taste like, well . . . peanuts.

I bought this strictly because I trying to cut my peanut butter addiction. This has much fewer calories because they remove most of the fat and oil. This comes in powder form. When mixed with water it becomes the consistency that you see with your typical types of peanut butter. The taste however was unbearable. That in mind I am a very picky eater.The reason that I still gave it 4 stars is that when mixed with other ingredients it actually performs very well. I starting mixing one table spoon in my protein shake and it gave it a very nice peanut butter flavor and only added around 25 calories. For this reason I do recommend it. It was also very good when used with cookies and brownies ;)

I have been eating healthily for the past couple of years and only have peanut butter on very rare occasions. I freakin love peanut butter. But as I watch my caloric intake the amount of calories in regular peanut butter is just to much. I can't believe it took me this long to find this product! Most all reviews are correct, don't think that you're going to add water, stir and have regular peanut butter flavor and taste. It is different, but not by much. I use it in shakes and I eat it with my banana's now! I bought a 4 pack but will be buying a case next time I order. I only gave it 4 stars because of the cost compared to regular peanut butter.

PB2 tastes great and mixes up easy. By removing all the moisture (oil from original PB), PB2 maintains all the taste of regular peanut butter while reducing the calories and fat. Only 1 weightwatchers point per tablespoon. Peanut butter is one of my favorite foods, so when I went on the weightwatchers points diet, it was hard to give up. I found PB2 in a local grocery store and decided to try it. I loved it instantly. It was easy to mix with water, only a few seconds to stir to desired consistency, and tastes just like regular PB. The store didn't carry it any more so I tried Amazon and was happy to find it and at a cheaper price. Two thumbs up from me.

If you LOVE peanut butter but want to save some serious calories.... this IS the way to go!! I use it in my smoothies and oatmeal, I just add a couple TBSPP and am good to go! I get the wonderful PB taste and save TONS of calories and fat!! If you mix it with water to use as a spread, it is good... Not AS GOOD as regular PB, but still good. You can also mix it with a healthy oil (like grapeseed) and it is very similar to regular PB but with a healthier oil! I have been a PB2 fan for over a year! My next try will be the chocolate version!

As some other reviewers had mentioned the taste is a little more bitter than I had anticipated. That being said this does satisfy my peanut butter craving while saving some calories. I usually use it with banana or in a banana shake and it tasted great! As long as you're not just eating it plain on a spoon you hardly notice the taste difference! I would definitely purchase I again.
