I've had this chair for a year and I use it for work. So I'm sitting in it off and on during my 8+ hour work days plus when I'm gaming. For the most part, the chair has held up. It's still comfortable, nothing is fading, etc. It was easy to put together and I've only had to tighten screws maybe once or twice over the last year. I'd say it's worth the cost since it's still holding up. Now, for my negative and it might me a me thing. If you are someone who leans on one of the arms, the cushion will eventually flatten and shift. My right arm cushion is now mostly flat and you can see that the foam inside is now pushed off center. My left arm cushion is still perfect like day 1. I'm trying to get out of the habit of leaning while I'm gaming, but there's that. And since there is no way to remove or open the fabric, you can't replace the foam inside. That's it. It's easy to clean. I use a leather cleaner every week and it's still pink as ever. My back doesn't hurt halfway into the work day and you can adjust it as high or low as you need. I haven't used the massage pillow. It's mostly just vibration and loud. Not really a massage. All in all, I would purchase again in the future! The full chair photo is from the day I put it together. The arm pics are from one year later. As I mentioned, if you lean frequently, the one you lean on the most will eventually deform.

The chair exceeded my expectations. It's very comfortable, sturdy, and the red and black design looks amazing. The lumbar support and headrest really make a difference when I spend several hours sitting. The materials feel high-quality, and assembly was easy. Overall, a very complete chair and highly recommended.

Really comfortable chair really good price on it and it’s really sturdy and the back massager almost put me to sleep

First thing I'll start with, is that I bought this new yet I received a product that was clearly returned. The right arm rest has a scuff mark on it and all the screws and parts were out of their original packaging and wrap. Thankfully everything was there, but I felt super frustrated worrying if something was missing and that I'd need to start the process of getting into contact with Amazon or their support because we all know how stressful that can be sometimes. I'll be honest and say I bought this because it was pretty cheap and I'm a little short on funds at the moment, so I wasn't planning on returning it if I was able to put it together. Putting it together was simple enough, most is just slide it into place and screw in the seat and back together. Seems sturdy enough so far, nothing is jiggling out of place or wobbles. The seat isn't plush, but it's not firm/hard or uncomfortable, but we'll have to see how long it lasts since the chair is for heavier folks. I am super pleased with how spacious the seat is though because I'm heavy and have wide hips so my last chair was very uncomfortable so this is more accommodating. Leaned back in the recliner and it seems sturdy and stable, the foot rest is also nice. The massage piece that is in the lower lumbar support was kind of off putting, or rather it wasn't what I expected. In the image for the product, it has two points of vibration so I thought it would be two massagers, but it's only one vibrator that's crudely shoved into the padding. It's powered by a usb so you just plug it in and it'll start. It's a nice touch overall, but I was a little disappointed. Overall, I might be a bit biased/upset because of getting a returned product. However, I think if you were to receive a new chair, it would be well worth it for the price. If it were new, I'd be over the moon with this, but it wasn't so I'm not. I will definitely be coming back to update this whenever necessary to see how it holds up.

Super comfortable and good quality design. The material is nice and durable. Rolls around nicely and has a lot of adjustments features. The hidden foot rest is a nice touch when needed. Simple enough to put together alone with slight trouble attaching the back to the seat. The instructions do say to have another person help. The "massage" pillow isn't a massage pillow at all. It just vibrates and doesn't feel good. I never use it and the cord it comes with isn't very long. The pillow works well as a lumbar support only. The foot rest is a little short when fully extended, coming form an average hight male. I would recommend this product.

Ideal for my son who is 6'7" 285 lbs. Other gaming chairs broke down under his weight as most chairs have a weight capacity of 250 lbs. Comfortable and body positioning versatile.The chair is well worth the price. It will last for a very long time.

The mechanism that tilts the back of the chair back doesnt last and you cant fix it. Its a manufactuer defect. It causes secere neck and spinal pain. Waste of money. Send me one that works.

I liked the chair, but with a ten it will only last a year if lucky
