Good pillow, very firm yet still comfortable. Has helped with my back pain. My only issue is I wish they would offer a natural pillow cover option e.g made from 100% cotton.

Arrived and I thought first is a mistake but it was ok. Small box and I was worry I ordered something wrong. I used for the day and it was comfortable and foam is excellent. I will use it all the time as my burning sensation & pins and needles on my feet and heavy legs this is will be fab. I will order another one as my partner tried it and was like this is very good for my feet. I was not sure if will be ok as I read some feedback and some people weren’t happy. I am happy and I will give it go as I have a few stuff from Amazon and cushions for my back , knees etc , but we are all different and not all of us will be happy but this is what I wanted and is just perfect. Also I will update after couple months of use but I know by know if give me a bit relieve. Highly recommend . Thanks

Its really comfortable and thr cooling cover is wonderful. But the lack of strap to hold it to my leg is frustrating. It wakes me up everytime I move in my sleep.

The 5 STARS UNITED Knee Pillow was purchased after a TKR operation to help with leg exercises and general comfort during recovery, and it helped. The memory foam gives good support without being too firm, which made it useful for positioning my leg correctly while doing exercises. It was also very helpful at night, as I could rest my operated leg on it when trying to sleep on my side, which took pressure off the knee and felt much more comfortable. The pillow holds its shape and feels well made, and it’s a simple but effective aid during recovery. Overall, I think, this was a worthwhile purchase and a helpful support cushion both for exercises and for sleeping.

Not bad think it’s value for money

This is so comfortable. It arrived in a small box and I didn't think it would expand but it did. It's the perfect size and firmness. I left at room temperature for 24 hrs as it was very cold. The cover is soft and feels cool and it's eady to manoeuvre under the duvet for different position so. Really pleased with it.

This item was suggested by my Chiropractor as I suffer with lower back pain when I get up every morning. Tried last night very comfortable and not awkward. Hopefully this will help over a period of time. Like that the zip cover can be washed.

The cushion could have been firmer, but overall good quality.

This works for knees when I lie on my back, works to prop my arm up when laying on my side makes a good head prop when I watch movies in bed. Easy to wash pillow case although I would love to find black cases for it. It's thick and firm enough to hold up whatever needs to be held up and the shape is perfect.
