The media could not be loaded.  This is very small - the base is the size of my palm. Definitely smaller than I expected but it’s so cute and convenient!It gives off great light - by no means is it a replacement for a really good flashlight, but it provides better light to walk with than my phone flashlight, and the clip on the top makes it easy to clip just about anywhere. I used it walking around the campsite at night, as well as clipped at the top of the tent. Because the base of the lantern is the light, you will be blocking most of the light if you set it down on something - for best use, it should be hanging. I love that it dims and has a warm and cool lighting setting. The bright red flashing light is rather jarring but would be good in an emergency situation!My one word of warning is that the battery doesn’t retain for long in storage. I had no issues with it dying between uses when taking it on a camping trip, but it was fully charged about a 6-8 weeks ago before I put it in our camping supplies bins, and when I pulled it out to use it the first night, it was completely dead. Not a big deal, just good to know it MUST be charged close to the time you’ll use it.Video attached showing the different modes, and at the end I flip it to show how the light is the entire base. The media could not be loaded.  I was shopping for an LED camping lantern when I found this. The idea of a hanging tent light with a remote makes perfect sense, but I never considered it before. Imagine- relaxing by the fire until bed time then, instead of grabbing the flashlight and awkwardly crawling into a dark tent...CLICK tent lit up and welcoming. This one is just designed so well I love it and can’t wait for my next camping trip to use it!The features that sold me were- its adorable compact size, the modern design and white color option and the more than ample rechargeable battery. The magnetic attaching feature, ability to charge other devices and choice of three styles of white light are a total, and wonderfully bougie bonus. Then there’s the brilliant red flashing feature (!) - something I hope I never need but hey ya never know.Included in package is an extra long charging cord and even a white twisty style tie to help hanging light in different situations.This device has been made and marketed with a wonderful attention to detail, I highly recommend it.

I was looking for some rechargeable mobile lights that have a warm light setting instead of just the harsh cold white LED lights you see in most products these days. I settled on this one by Sivton and a similar model by Fogeek. Both lights have magnets on top as well as hooks that let you hang the light high in a room and provide plenty of light, but what separated the Sivton model for me was the added remote. That makes it much easier to turn the light on and off as well as switch between light modes and light intensity. However the one major drawback is the flashing-red light mode you have to scroll through when switching between light modes. Once you've settled on what type of light you prefer though (ie warm or cool), you can just leave it on that setting without have to deal with the red light. Then you just use the remote to turn it on or off, dim or brighten. Battery life seems good so far, but haven't fully tested it's length on the brightest setting yet.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I absolutely LOVE this light. We use the red light as a night light, and having the adjustable brightness is amazing to ensure it can be dim enough to sleep but bright enough to see depending on where it is placed. Bonus that it’s waterproof AND has a remote!

I love our Black Diamond Moji lantern, but didn't want to buy another at that price point. This one is a little bulkier, but works really well as a tent lantern, since you don't really have to move it around once you get set up. I thought the remote would be silly, but it's now my favorite feature. Being able to dim the light in your tent and turn it off from inside your sleeping bag is such a treat. I've had no problems with the battery life so far, and haven't needed to charge it after two days camping.

obviously, this lantern was designed to auto turn off completely after some idle time to save power ( in few hours ), then the remote control function is gone until you press buttons to wake it up.
