Great price and does the job

I've been using this product for years with no issues with Virus / Malware sneaking in to my systems. It's also got features to restrict web cam access, and some intrusion prevention features, as well as a VPN feature.The one feature I really like is the child protection agent. You install it on a child's phone, laptop, ipad etc then set hours of use, GPS tracking, web site categories etc. It works great and gives me peace of mind that the kids have some restrictions on usage.Overall for £30 quid for ten licenses it's a bargain.

Another year of confident device-use in all types of venues.The VPN works perfectly [and doesn't slow down whichever device I'm using : phone, laptop, desktop].Exceptionally this year, I had a small problem matching up the new character code with my account; but the chat-window service allowed the engineer the other end to solve that for me in 5 minutes.Great software, great online help.For anyone new to Norton, never worry about committing yourself to ongoing auto-renewal.It's VERY easy to UN-tick the Auto-Renewal Box once you've registered.A complete bargain!Buy and install with confidence.

I purchased Norton 360 primarily for the VPN. I was going to go with Kaspersky, but they limit the VPN to 200MB per day per device, but Norton offered an unlimited VPN, and for 10 devices for a year I thought it was a good deal (its cheaper than what I currently pay for a 5 license VPN).Here is my experience on each device I installed it on:MacBook ProInstallation went ok. Fast antivirus, great host IPS and a bidirectional host based firewall - so far so good!I opened the main window, and clicked the 'Turn on VPN' button, and nothing happened. I restarted my mac and tried again. Nothing. I took a look in the activity monitor, and the Norton VPN process was 'not responding'. I terminated the process and tried again. Nothing. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. No luck!I googled this issue, and it turns out I'm not alone! There are reports of this going back to May 2019. Norton have STILL not fixed it!iPhone - The app installed easily, and the VPN actually connected on the iPhone. It didn't however block malicious URLs! I tested it against the eicar test file (using standard http, not https as I know most VPNs do not decrypt https traffic), and the AMTSO phishing test page. Norton VPN let them both through. These are test pages and files that antimalware companies agree to detect as a test to see if their protection is working. On the iOS version of Norton VPN, it clearly does NOT work.Windows - Installation was ok, I restart my computer, and get an error saying I am at risk, as the antispyware component is broken. I click 'fix now' and the fix fails! I tried reinstalling and still no luck.It seems this product has been cobbled together and not properly tested. How a company can put something into production with so many faults I don't know. It's a shame because had all the components worked, this would be a great product. Norton/Symantec/Broadcom really need to work on their QA processes!

I have been buying this product on Ebay for the last 7 years as auto renewal with Norton is £99.99 for this exact same product. It arrived the next day after buying, loaded in a matter of moments and it's working well. The only Issue I had with Norton was that they did not add the remaining days I had on last year's subscription to this product and I had to contact them to add the additional days. For convenience, it is probably better to load this. Norton 360 premium a couple of. days before expiry of your last product. The product and the seller were great.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
