The bag is best purchase to go for. More than two years now. I travel by bus every month with this bag and still it hasn't even got a single scratch. It survived very rough use. Wheels are very smooth. Lock is good. Zip is also good. Adequate space is there.

Product colour and wheels of it not same as shown in the product images. It make a feeling of cheaper ki nd of product. E.g. wheels quality. Clothes holding streeps just swing with single streching on border of trolley No additional support to hold them. Zipper quality also doubted as it's streching also not looking perfect.

Better one in low price

Our bag purchased in Amazon was damaged at the handle point and we have reached the local sfari nag service store then we are unable to utilize the eligible warranty as the local dealers are not providing service to the products purchased in online while they are providing service to the all purchases made in offline either in their store or other store and also they mentioned if the same damage is occurred for a product purchased in offline then the bag will replaced. Now we are unable to reach the Amazon helpline center in this prime applicatio.

Quality are good
