I ordered this inverter through seller "Aastha Power Solution".I very highly recommend this seller because the inverter product packaging was best with all sides covered with thick foam and with additional external hard box which safe guards the original product box and hence the inverter remains ultra safe with four layers (1st layer the inverter in thick thremocol, then 2nd layer as inverter original box, 3rd layer as the outer foam covering inverted box with all sides & 4th layer as additional outer hard box).Also the seller is very humble & helpful for all the queries related to inverter installation & technical details.Additionally the inverter is quite heavy & sturdy with best in-class display & features.

UPDATE: EXCELLENT WARRANTY SUPPORTWe got excellent warranty support during this lockdown. The inverter was having a charging issue and affected my work. The support was prompt and the technician came during the lockdown. On the first visit he couldn't fix it (coz the boards he had were faulty), but after 2 weeks he came again and fixed it. UTL Kerala didn't try to misuse the excuse of Lockdown. KudoosGot the product delivered earlier. The package was okay, but the front display and board were not working. Initially raised for replacement but the only refund was available. Booked a complaint with UTL. Support was prompt. The issue was because the connector cable got due to transportation. According to the technician, it is a common thing for those delivered through Amazon.Update: You won't get the warranty in Kerala for UTL inverters purchased from Amazon. I got a call from the service head claiming this, even though UTL doesn't have a policy. UTL assures warranty support, but your risk.

I bought it and it worked just fine on my 180w×4 monocrystaline panels ..paired them in parallel then in series to get 24volts it worked for 2 days and collected 3.4kw but next night there was burning smell and suddenly lots of smoke was coming out of it I believe that it was transformer burning because inverter was on.I requested Amazon for return and got refund...will order it again and post it's review soon

super product..using with 375w panel and 150ah solar battery.. daily save 1 unit of electricity also battery charged very well..writing this review in two days of usage.update review after one month complete use. also thanks for the seller for good packing and support..

It works great. Controls everything by itself. If you want a true energy saver and manager inverter, go for it without thinking.

Nice packing. In time delivered. I am using this Solar Inverter for my 1000 W solar installation. It is a multi featured inverter. This is a 7 day use review. Working well. As it is a single battery system you save money. Only issue is that the cooling Fan is making lot of noise. Because of noise it cannot be installed inside house/ room. I recommend the product as there is no parallel to this at this cost.

The packing was so good it have 4to 5 layer of proper covering and proper warning signs ... But it have a dent on its frount side
