Perfect product, same quality as the one fitted post operation. The metal clip is of good quality and doesn’t poses any safety concerns for me, the way is built it holds the belt without moving once fitted.

Don't waste your money, wear two pairs of tight pant instead, they are better than this support. The white cotton area which support the pouch is similar to a hard shirt collar and caused discomfort and blistering when worn, it should be soft not rigid, poor choice of material. The metal buckle with two spikes is difficult to thread the waist band through, then when you have it secured it catches on every thing you wear over it, this should be a plain plastic buckle. I am not certain if you can return this sort of item, so it's money wasted.

Not boasting, but my swollen scrotum was too large for this suspensory, until I had taken antibiotics for several days after which the swellingn had gone down a bit and I could then put it on. It was comfortable to wear and it protected my very sensitive testicle. The spiked buckle makes it hard to undo. Is another fastening not possible?

Good scrotal support for a large inguinal hernia whilst waiting for surgery. Only niggle is the tape which frays at the end and is then hard to put through the buckle.

Purchased for post testicular surgery support but was too small and uncomfortable.

The spikes on the fastener of this item actually draw blood just getting out of the packet. There is no way I would leave with my elderly dad to fasten or wear during the day or night for long periods - this is a safety /injury nightmare do not buy!

The clip that adjusts the belt has sharp pins that can cause injury for whilst the sack is fine I have to tackle this with pliers. This clip should never have been fitted and the product should be withdrawn until this is fixed.
