I could not be more happy with this purchase. I was concerned at first as I thought it was a a tiny bit smaller than I thought but he was willing to let me return it but I choose not to as I have a blue and gold as well as a scarlet macaw. I was able to belt it in securely so my baby could arrive to her vet safe and sound.... she danced all the way there..... so she felt comfortable.. Wonderful company that stands by their product!

It took way too long to get took 40 days looks good Built Well but took way too long to getThe only bad thing is the Bowls are way too small for a green wing

Well-made, but needs a lot more air holes than were provided. Better still, make the top out of stainless steel wire for better air circulation. Perhaps this carrier is suitable for short trips, during the winter, or on cloudy days, but it tends to get too hot on sunny days, thus the 4 star rating.

Made very well a lot of love and caring went into making this large see through carrier my bird Max loves it now I can take him out side and he will be safe from the hawks flying around and he can get some fresh air to . I am very pleased with my order you get a 3 year warranty on it a great price and a great buy. Thank you Steve for all your information and help. Rockford IL.

I'm very happy with this carrier. It is long enough that it doesn't bend my green wing's tail. It is a bit awkward to carry....that's my own fault for not seeing that it weighed 15#. Only disappointment with the carrier itself is that the inside perch diameter is much too small for my bird and even seated at the farthest back holes, it is too close to the front door. I bought this one over a different one specifically because it had a perch. A wish is that the interior height was taller. She fits perfectly well but is forced to keep her head down due to slightly low ceiling. All that said I would buy it again. Word of warning....it took several months to receive. I did get an email from the seller apologizing for the delay but that wasn't until it had shipped. I was in no hurry so it was ok.

It is very heavy. Made well but took over a month to get. Shipping could have been sooner. However that said Cheyenne in customer service was amazing and so helpful. Thank you to her.

It's a sturdy beautiful carrier. 18 lbs is a bit heavy though anything lighter weight would have been flimsy and my Bird would have had it broken in no time.
