i only received the cistern and not the toilet bowl i had to return it no good without toilet bowl so disappointed

Great value and quality. Everything needed for fitting is included except brackets to hold the toilet pan which fixes through the side rather than vertically. The flush pipe is very generous and may have to be cut to length. Delivery was a day early. Delivered about 11 and was fitted and working by 2, including having to get the brackets and a longer pan connector. The price in no way reflects the excellent quality do not hesitate to buy.
