Well worth the money
Just changed out the fluid at about 35k in my wrx. Subaru used the fluid without issue - no warranty void or anything. Stuff is magical it shifts smooth as butter but does take a little longer to warm up on cold mornings. Will be trying their brake fluid next

Good Replacement
Used on a 2024 WRX. I changed out from the factory gear oil at about 2k miles. It was already pretty dark and had metal shavings in it. The Motul makes a noticeable difference in shifting. It's a lot smoother now, especially when cold. The drain bolt for the transmission is a bit difficult to get to but you can manage if you have jacks and stands. The rear pumpkin is not too difficult to reach. Trans oil amount is tricky to determine. Mine took a little over 3 quarts to reach the F line. Others have reported 2.8 quarts. The trick is to add about 2.5 quarts and then keep adding and checking the dip stick until you get to the F line. Make sure you are on a level surface. The rear, just keep adding oil until it overflows from the add port. Overall, it's not a bad job if you take your time.

I love this gear oil in my Audi B5 S4 6MT
I love this stuff and it’s my go to in my go to in my Audi B5 S4 6MT. The quality seems great, I haven’t no issues with shifting or noise in the differentials. I use this in the transmission/center differential and the rear differential. The bottles are great as well.I use redline in another car and shifting is rough when cold. I don’t see that with this oil in the Audi. I’ll probably switch the other car over to this stuff.I’ll keep purchasing this stuff! Pricey but so worth it

Another Successful Motul Fluid Swap
After breaking in my new vehicle for a 1500 miles, I decided to swap out the initial factory fill of the transmission/differentials with Motul Gear 300. You can say it's over the top but I plan on keeping this vehicle until it completely breaks down like my last and I wanted to get rid of all the "gunk" out of the parts. After running the vehicle the first thousand miles or so, it will generally leave nice shavings in the oil as it smooths out the rough edges. That's what I'm basically getting rid of. YMMV but leave it in too long and you can't swap out your fluids anymore because it relies on that thickness and "gunk" to grab onto everything. So you can't go wrong with Motul as a replacement.

Motul top notch
One of the best gear oils on the market. Used in a subaru application. Definitely felt smoother shifts since switching from factory fill.

All I needed for a 2011 WRX Trans and Diff change
Unpopular Opinion, I don't mind the smell of used gear oil.Bought this set to replace my manual Transmission and rear differential fluid on my 2011 Subaru Impreza WRX as it comes highly recommended by the community.Tips for WRX change- Buy a T-70 torx for Trans, and 13 mm square socket for diff (a 1/2in will work, but will start to damage drain plugs)-Buy replacement crush washers.-On any diff always take off the top, fill plug first! If you can't get that one off and you take off the bottom first, your SOL. Trust me, always do the top first.
