This little 💊 is amazing! After taking 1 a day for 2 weeks I noticed a slight improvement in my facial skin! It started glowing and some of my wrinkles had subsided slightly! So I increased my dose to 2 pills a day (not the dose recommended on the box...they say 1 a day is sufficient) which then increased my physical energy as well as improved my face even more! I can't explain it but I have a youthful glow.... My skin is more elastic with less wrinkles after a month plus the extra energy... This was a win win for me!
