I had the store that I bought my S10+ from install some kind of film-like screen protector when I bought the phone. The first attempt resulted in a very visible line across the screen protector. I was told it would go away in 24-48 hours, it did not. I returned to the retailer and they took another crack at it. This time the results were better, though there were still some air bubbles,and the corners lifted up when I put the phone in a case. Also I had my doubts on whether or not the film would hold up to any kind of drop. Clearly it was not an ideal solution. So I went looking for a glass screen protector that could hold up (in theory) to a drop. Unfortunately there aren't a ton of options for the S10+I decided on the Dome Glass option. It's not cheap at all, and the installation process appears daunting at first glass. I watched the installation video several times before attempting the installation. Everything went pretty well overall. There was a moment of panic when some air bubbles appeared in the liquid glass when I pulled the pin. I was able to get them out before the curing process. After everything was done I redid the fingerprint scanner and the results were not good, it basically no longer worked. Then I toggled the touch sensitivity and again redid the fingeprint scanner and it worked much better almost as good as it did without a screen protector. If you're having problems with the fingerprint reader, I would definitely try that. As for appearance, it looks great, it's perfectly smooth, the fit is perfect, the only minor hiccup was that after curing a few very tiny imperfections in what I'm assuming is the liquid glass appeared, there's about two or three of them, and they sort of look like dead/stuck pixels but aren't as noticeable. The only time you see them is when the screen is displaying nothing but white, and even then you have to actively look for them. In typical use you can't see them. I'm guessing that they are tiny,tine, air pockets that got "stuck" when the liquid glass was cured, probably due to user error during the install.The Good:-The product works as advertised- The end result is excellent (fit and adhesion are great, surface is perfectly smooth)- The fingerprint reader works after some adjustmentsThe Bad- It's expensive for a screen protector- The installation procedure is more involved that you'd think putting on a screen protector would be, there's not much room for error- Initially the fingerprint reader did not work reliably at all. But after adjusting the screen sensitivity and rescanning a finger (twice with the same finger as the instructions suggest), it works pretty well.

I was skeptical about getting this product due to some of the negative reviews saying it was hard to install and didn't work with the fingerprint scanner. However, it is the only tempered glass screen protector on the market for the s10 plus right now and I figured I'd be willing to sacrifice using the fingerprint scanner for tempered glass protection until a better alternative comes out. But, lo and behold, it actually worked!I will be the first to admit that I am terrible at putting on screen protectors, I always seem to get some dust or bubbles under them and they drive me crazy, so I usually have someone else install them for me. However, the White Dome Glass kit made it SO easy to install! The tray makes lining it up a breeze and this kit comes with extra alcohol wipes, dust cloths, and dust remover stickers, so use them all if you need to! I did use the dust remover sticker a few extra times before laying the glass on the phone.To get my fingerprint to work, I pressed down on the fingerprint area HARD in between the first and second curing periods for about 1 minute. For now, I can't recommend this screen protector enough. Install was easy, it looks amazing, my fingerprint works, and the screen feels like there is nothing on it. Hands down the best experience I've had in all my years of installing screen protectors. However, I will update my review in a few days if I've had trouble with the scanner or I notice any peeling or other problems.UPDATE 5/10/19:From 5-stars to 3-stars. After a few days of using this, dust started accumulating around the edges and is hard to remove because of the adhesive used in the curing process. Additionally, my screen protector started peeling up at the bottom left-hand corner and there is some kind of bubble or haze defect in the bottom center of the screen. I am going to leave it on for now until something better comes to the market, but I will be finding another product.UPDATE 5/23/19:Dropping from 3-stars to 1-star. The problems have only gotten worse and when I contacted the manufacturer asking them how to remove the screen protector, their response was "[...]You need to contact Amazon because they filled the order[...]". Completely unhelpful. On top of that, my fingerprint sensor doesn't work even though I installed per the instructions with regard to the fingerprint sensor. In addition, the screen protector scratches SO easily. Worst scratching I've ever seen on any of my screen protectors and I'm very gentle with the phone. It sits on my desk for 12+ hours a day and is in its own pocket in my purse for the rest of the time. I'm very disappointed, as I was very excited about this product and the application was flawless. Hoping for something better on the market soon.
