Why does it say in the title 3.5 lbs of of sweets but in the description it says the weight is 2.5 lbs, which is it?

The actual weight depends on the contents of the box. There may be a 1lb discrepancy between one and the other. Never it weights less than 2.5lb however can be heavier than 3.5 lb.

If these are from Poland, why are they in English?

All sweets are manufactured in Poland. They have lables in English because they are intended for import to USA.
