You regulate the pressure by position and how much you let your arms fall in the straps. It can be a light warm rub, or deep tissue to work out those knots. Powerful, and doesn’t bog down. This thing is good! It gets the job done. I would recommend this to someone. It is pretty dang strong, With three intensity levels. The heat is nice too.This is a good purchase for someone like myself who doesn’t want to pay a ton of money for massages. It definitely will help work out some of the tension in your neck and shoulders.

I have MS in which I experiencing pain from time to time and I must say I love how this massages makes me feel and the added bonus is the carry bag. Its quite and to be blessed to have the heat on with the massage truly makes it worthwhile. I recommend this product if you experience pain in the back, legs, buttocks everywhere.

I received this as a gift for Christmas for my husband as it was the talk of the town during this time and for the most part it does what it’s supposed to do it massages you I do think the cord is a little bit short though, so you don’t really have the flexibility of kind of moving around with it I also feel like the heating function is a bit off actually purchased one and sent it back thinking something was wrong with it but the heating function is there but it’s really really minimal other than that. It works great and helps relieve tension in your neck.

This is the best small shiatsu massager I have ever used. It's simple to use and you can hold it to get the right location and pressure to relieve your muscle pain issues. Great price, range of settings, it's not overly loud and I use it for pain relief for my neck and lower back. If you want a good firm and deep massage, this is a great product!
