I noticed that among Highest 5-Star Rated IFOS certified oil - this product was the lowest priced - high quality product. (Especially, compared to other 5-Star Rated fish oils). I guess I have a little O.C.D. when it comes to taking supplements on daily basis. I am very leery of the claims made by the hundreds of products in the market - so I did some research: If you are going to take a supplement every day for the rest of your life, how can you be sure you are not getting dangerous toxins in the fish? Ok, so first of let me say that I have been using fish oil for quite a while, however i was using the kirkland brand fish oil which is pretty cheap and can be bought at costco..Then i started doing some research and figured out that fish oil is probably not one of those things that you should buy cheap. So after some research, I came across this brand and decided to give it a try because it is decently priced and is definitely better than most of the cheap brands out there.. Now to be honest, I started taking fish oil for the sole purpose of making sure my blood circulation was good especially down south ( This is for all males)..While i was taking the other brand fish oils i didnt see much difference in quality, however i kept taking them for almost 3 months and even started taking L-Arginine which also helps with circulation, however, i didnt see the results that i wanted. Once i started using this fish oil however, i can feel a definite change, i mean i have been getting stronger erections and the main thing is I had stopped getting morning erections and now once again im getting them.. Its only been two weeks and I am feeling much better with this fish oil, its pretty clear to me that it works well because its definitely helping me. I continue to take this (2 pills in the morning and 2 at night) along with 4 grams of arginine and it seems to be helping me for sure.. Would highly recommend this to anyone who is having any issues or just wants to improve their quality and general health..

I got these in hopes to boost the fat in my breast milk. It worked amazingly for it, and I have no complaints on how the product works. The taste isn't fishy when burping, the pills are a little big but oh well. It has made a huge difference in my all around health. Now as for the packaging. I have no idea what happened the first bottle was perfect. But this second bottle I bought has several broken pills in it which sucks considering the cost. And I couldn't send it back because I needed them right that moment. It coated all the other ones too so I can't put it in a pill case with my other pills or they desolve them. I'm hoping it was a one off situation. Like I said 120 pills but 40 of them were broken open. But I can't give them lower then a 5 star rating in my opinion because their product actually works! Just poopie bottle lol.

I don't know whether these are helping do the things they're supposed to do, but they don't bother my stomach or taste fishy, and that's a good thing. They are BIG (BLACK!) capsules that are a full inch long if anyone has problems with a bigger capsule. I don't, they go down with no problems and have no aftertaste. They have the combination of EPA/DHA and sesame lignans I've read are important, however, they also have maltodextrin and caramel color in them and I wish they didn't. I will eventually go on the hunt for another supplement that doesn't have these additives. EDITED 12/2015.....I just want to say that these are miracle workers! I developed some stomach problems for awhile,and I stopped taking all my supplements because absolutely everything was bothering me. That lasted a few weeks, and I managed to get out of the habit of taking my supplements again. About 3 months later, I developed what I thought was terrible arthritis in my hands...they ached, cramped and I also developed "trigger finger" in both thumbs and a couple fingers. I'm in my 50's and literally felt crippled. My family would have to open a water bottle for me, I couldn't even unscrew it!! Door knobs were difficult to open, I was often in pain. Then one day I realized I hadn't been taking my supplements (never giving my hands a thought) and resumed my routine.....2 of these in the morning, and 2 at night (among others). About a month or so later, I noticed my hands were much better and sometimes I could open the water bottle without calling for help! Another month or so down the road, and I realized that WOW, MY HANDS ARE HEALED! The incredibly painful trigger fingers are gone, and the arthritis pains are, too.

Buy Life Extension products often and generally happy with them. Ordered this 6 times and was fine but last one was very stinky and towards the bottom all stuck together. This is why i'm making this review. Would hate to change brands but wont stand it again.
