The media could not be loaded. First, I must say I’ve been wanting one of these so long I said you know what let me just go ahead and buy it. It was a must have for my movie room. I was very excited. It’s very nice. I mean we’re gonna have amazing fun I must add and until you all the final truth, though it was a lot to put together. I’m one of those ones. I’d rather look at a picture than instructions because sometime instructions confuse me so if your person like me, the instructions may confuse you, but on top of all of that, it’s really great. Love this popcorn machine! It’s easy to set up and makes movie nights so much fun. The popcorn comes out fresh, hot, and fluffy—just like the theater. The machine heats up quickly and pops almost every kernel with very little waste. Cleanup is simple, and the design has a cute retro look that everyone compliments. Great for family nights, parties, or even just a snack anytime.

I purchased this machine for my husband’s game room and we like it so far. The machine looks cheaper in person than online BUT not a dealbreaker considering the cost. Assembly was really easy and I was happy that we did not run into some of the issues other had with the parts. The popping basket is A LOT smaller than I realized and you have to run the machine SEVERAL TIMES to make enough popcorn for four or more people. That is probably my biggest complaint about this machine BUT again, not a dealbreaker. Similar to what everyone else said, the machine does dump a lot of the popcorn seeds during the popping process so there’s that issue. The popcorn tastes great but I would definitely suggest purchasing flavorings to give it that extra punch. The bottom shelf is cheap and only holds light weight things like the scooper, spoons and paper products. I would NOT store anything heavy like the tub of seeds as shown in the pictures online. Lastly, cleaning this thing is annoying because the floor of the machine and lid on popping pot cannot be removed.

Good little machine. It’s a medium to small size but it works and looks nice it has last over a year now. The door glass split a little somehow but I might have done that idk or the heat.

I am so angry right now! I've waited for this popcorn machine, sat down as a family to put together, the box is missing 4 of the 6 volts, I purchased for a special event we have in 3 days. So, to be fair, we have not tried the machine itself.So far here is my honest review, poor packaging, has been ripped on top of old yellowing tape. box was obviously dropped on it's corner, so not 100% confident if machine will malfunction, not a happy place to be after spending over $100 on this cheap materials made machine. To my surprise, the unit is mostly plastic, had a hair inside the unit, the inner packaging came damaged, broken materials everywhere, so I strongly feel this unit was tampered or repacked. DISGUSTING! Because I ordered a new unit. I can't even disinfect, and clean because of its missing volts. What a disappointment this is. But, again, I haven't used the machine yet.The other massive problem which has not effect on NOSTALGIA, its the disgusting and unprofessional customer I received tonight from India, the 4 reps I spoke to from India, were clueless, I felt like I was bothering them, like they were sleeping and relaxing, zero professionalism, I escalated the problem, and luckily, I was transferred tot he Philippines where customer service was very professional, even though, no solution.So, these missing parts have begun a terrible experience here. I don't have a popcorn machine, I will return this repackaged item. I will probably refrain from giving my business to Amazon, due to poor quality products and customer service.The disappointment is real! What a waste of my time is Amazon!UPDATE!!!!This is probably one of the cheapest products I have ever invested in. The quality of this product is 100% below low quality. Cheap! Cheap! We could not use the cart part because of the missing volts, ruining part of our event. We tried to make it work by tying everything together with straps and that did not even work.
