No doubt the product is very beautiful but the manufacturers were not upto their dimensions.....Length was only 11 inch and breadth was 6 inch, which one less than what they said...Rest aall other things are very good and their mail response team is very fast and responsiveGiving 4 stars only because product's dimension did not match the dimensions written on website

Found it to be very well made, gave it as a gift on the occasion of a friend's 50th anniversary. Received it in only 2 days after placing the order and mailing the photo and the accompanying text. Received the preview also for approval.

The product is good but the printing is very light.. It should have been more darker. Also, no alterations can be made during thenorocessing stage which is a drawback.
