Misleading Title
Looks good and is decent material, however misleading, the 70pcs isnโt technically 70 pieces in fact if you count everything separately so letters on the banner those are 15 plus the other banner so now we are at 25 and balloons count for 35 but i definitely donโt have another 35 pieces in cake toppings or toothpicks. Unless they are counting the strings for the balloons and banners. Anyways I felt slighted more like 25 pieces not 70, perhaps this is missing stuff.

Good deal
All but 3 of the "black" balloons were purple so I couldn't use them. Everything else was great, cake addition was super cute
