After spending 2-3 hours to assemble part of the bed frame I was unable to fit the slates. The footboard was wider compared to headboard. They were proactive to answer in the first instance and after requesting a return things slightly changed. I had to arrange own transport and still waiting for a refund.It was quite disappointing and unsure what checks are implemented to secure that quality assurance that is expected.

This is a good bed for the price. Looks good in our bedroom and is low so does not block panelling. Also sturdy.

I purchased two of these beds for both my kids bedrooms. These beds look nice and were fairly easy to assemble but whilst assembling I could tell they felt cheap. The beds have been in use for seven or eight months roughly and I have had to do a repair job on both. The wood splinters and splits very easily and some of the supports that hold the slatted mattress base in place have broken meaning an emergency repair job. In fairness they weren't very expensive so I guess it's a case of you get what you pay for.

It came on the day we requested, so that was very good. On inspection it did have a few digs in the wood and the head board felt like it could have been sanded down a bit more, but once it is up you don't really notice. This is just a spare bed for us, so suits us.
