This product is amazing. I was dealing with a very heavy rash on my back which seemed to be worse after showering. I wasn't sure if it was eczema or some sort of allergy, but I have eczema-prone dry skin and 0 allergies, so I tried this product. (I'm now almost convinced it was asteatotic eczema but who knows, it's just a self-diagnosis).I applied it 3 times a day in the first few days and I started noticing the difference after the very first application. After only 2-3 days, I reduced frequency to 2 times a day. My skin got so incredibly soft (according to my partner, my back hadn't been this soft in all the time he's known me). After another few days, I used it only after showering for a while, but I eventually stopped because the problem didn't return. I am now using Eucerin Advanced Repair lotion and saving this one for the next serious flare-up. It solved my problem so quickly, it really did seem like magic. A MUST-buy for anyone with eczema.There is a little bit of medicinal scent but it doesn't bother me at all. The cream is obviously very thick, which I normally don't enjoy, but that's absolutely what I needed in this case.

I've gone through 2 tubes of this to give a verdict. I've used it everyday (so I am not reviewing for how it would help eczema flareups) and it does suffice although without "sealing it" with aquaphor, I feel like I need another application within a half hour of running the space heater without a humidifier.To be fair, I am on the hunt for something for dehydrated, eczema prone skin. I'm not too happy with Cerave creams, I've gone through 2 tubs but they're not moisturizing enough (Cetaphil on the otherhand, the tub of cream that you can get from Costco, performs better in this respect). What I'm trying to find possibly doesn't exist. Something that would garner a 5 star would likely have the properties of a hand cream without being poreclogging and hard to spread. A 6 star product (if I could give 6 stars) would be something that can withstand the comforter/pillow case from completely rubbing off (and waking up to feeling dry tight skin).

This completely took care of rough, cracked hands. It did not sting like most lotions do.

I am truly shocked at how well this product worked on this dry patch between my fingers! At first I wasn’t sure if this was ringworm or eczema so I started treating with OTC antifungal clotrimazole 1% cream. After one week of daily use, there was no change on the area. Then after reading the reviews here and ordering this cream for eczema, I was amazed to see that in only a few days the area started to clear up. While it isnt back to normal yet completely, it’s almost there and it’s because of this Eucerin cream.
