Rothco Women's EMT Pants - Comfortable, Durable, and Designed for First Responders

I needed to find a pair of better fitting ems pants than what I currently have, and these fit great! I ordered my usual pants size and they fit perfect. They have a true elastic waist, which I appreciate for moving around in. Belt loops are spaced well to keep sagging from happening in between the loops. I am slimmer in the hips and these work really well for that. Will be ordering another pair!

These pants are not cut for women.

Rothco EMT pant for women fits nicely but you need a belt ,,tad tight in the seat when bending but they stay up ,,I Tuck my shirt in with no issues. The only issue I have is there is no place to hang a communication radio on the back of pant ,,just the belt loops,,pockets are large and fit a stethoscope, BP cuff,pad of paper and pen if needed.I just carry a pair of trauma shears and pager to keep the amount of items to a minimum. I would purchase these pants again.

Fits waste nice but it’s not made for women with hips , If you have hips I suggest getting next size up !

These pants are great for EMS. They have several pockets and the material is great. However, I will say that if you have a lot of meat in the back GO A SIZE UP! I had to exchange my first order because the pants kept going low on the back.

Wasnt really true to size, but after washed/dried a couple times, they fit okay.

Horrible tight and don’t fit and very expensive
