Braiiiins.....yours will be thrilled with this fast paced push your luck game
This is one of the easiest reviews I think I will ever write. The reason is simple, this game delivers on every single thing I expected and wanted. So who is this game for exactly? Here's a short list of everyone who should check it out. Kids, adults, people who like to throw dice, push your luck fans, anyone who likes Zombies, casual gamers, gamers looking for an introductory game, anyone who likes blue and orange, gamers looking for a great filler game, Zombies who might be interested eating the brains of the playable characters, 2 player groups, 4 player groups, 5-6 player groups, and even solo players. Keep reading to find out how it met and exceeded my own expectations. I expected fun colorful art in a very pleasing comic-book type style. Game delivers 100% there, I love the art style of this. The retro feel of the characters, their little bio blurbs on the backside of the cards about who they are and the fantastic overall coloring of the player boards is a complete hit with me. I mention the character bios on the back of the cards because you'll for sure want to give those a read, they have a bit of campy humor to them that plays overall very with the Zombie horde theme and provides a nice bit of immersion. Next is, I wanted this game exactly for that campy feel. The Prom Queen wielding a hockey stick fighting off the horde of relentless Zombies, or The Businessman taking to the streets with a shovel, there is great entertainment value in that. This is a great addition of humor that adds to the theme. If you're only playing this as an awesome push your luck dice chucker without taking some time to really get a laugh out of how purposefully thematic this is to the Zombie flicks I'm sure all of you love, then please take some time and let that bit of immersion sink in and double your enjoyment of this experience. Speaking of push your luck dice chuckers let me say Run Fight or Die: Reloaded without hesitation or doubt replaces a similar game on my shelf, which is King of Tokyo. I love the mechanisms so much more in this that KoT is off to another home in fact. Once again this game delivered what I wanted, a better push your luck game with what I feel are superior game mechanics. Here is what makes Run Fight or Die better, and this is huge as to why this game is great. All of your die rolls matter, and that really makes this game shine. In a similar fashion you'll be rolling your die for certain results and are allowed to re-roll some of the results up to 2 more times. At the end of that you're not left with die rolls that have no important outcome. That's not to say that the outcome may not end up being in your favor though, if you push your luck too much you may find yourself with even more Zombie die in the end which you cannot re-roll, and in turn the horde grows stronger and you may even awake the Mutant Zombie. In another example of how all your die rolls matter, even if you bust and roll many Zombie results, your playable characters have special combo powers than can be triggered to help alleviate some of the misfortune. Two Zombie results and 1 Run result let The Prom Queen activate her Athletic combo power letting you move 2 Zombies from Zone 1 to Zone 3. Use of these powers doesn't negate the additional Zombies you'll add to your board for having rolled the Zombie face, but they do help a lot when you're in a pinch. In your beginning games as you're familiarizing yourself with combos and possible actions to take with your die rolls your game length will probably be around an hour. With easy to grasp rules you will find that shrink down to the 30-40 minute suggested play time quite quickly. So here again, there is a solid delivery of a fun game that isn't too long and isn't too short. So far we have loved this at as a 2 player game, so for those of you looking specifically to fill that need you will not be disappointed in adding this to your shelf. Having said that we have had the full 4 player count that the base game allows and found zero issues with how it scales or much change in over all game length. In fact we enjoy this so much we've picked up the 5-6 player expansion that we hope will be arriving soon. Our regular gaming group is often 6-7 players so being able to ramp up to 6 players in a game we love so much is going to once again fill a crucial need/want we have. I'll be sure to get a review up for the expansion once we've played that a few times, I also am excited to try the solo campaign variant that is available to purchase. Enjoy the game if you check it and thanks for reading.

Great quality, fun, easy to learn.
The game was easy to learn. My gf who is a non-gamer was able to play this with no issue. The rule book was well written. This game also came with a solo-mode. I bought this because I wanted an entry to zombie games and was not disappointed. Quality components and great artwork.

Fun, quick to learn, dice rolling, point building Zombie Game
I purchased this game as a filler game to our game nights that was a quick way to get us playing. Well, it's not always a quick game as the zombies keep piling up and our rolls aren't helping us clean out the advancing zombies. We played it with 1 to 4 players and it plays okay with one player, quick and fun with 2 players. With 3 to 4 players it was a good time. We did find that moving the end of the game up by limiting rounds, or shrinking the location deck help to minimize how long the game can go on, because after too long a play time it does get monotonous. Even so, it's still soothing to clear out the zombies as they come. Getting the most points by followers that come with good or bad intentions is the easiest way to win, but earning those mutant zombie points are just as challenging. A fun, dice rolling, zombie killing, easy game play good time.

Fun game
This game is fairly easy to learn and quite fun to play. I was a little disappointed that there was a misprint on the player boards but it was remedied by stickers provided in the box. Overall, 5/5.

Easy to learn zombie game
This board game is pretty good, and it is also very easy to understand, one of the easiest board games that have zombies as a theme, its set up is not too long and the gameplay is just about right.

Great game! (Caution if buying for Solo play)
Game got here today and we loved it. The artwork is beautiful and the game plays quick with a lot of ups and downs that keep it exciting. I definitely recommend it. **Solo Play Warning** The game says 1-4 players on the box and has rules for it in the manual. HOWEVER, nowhere on the box does it tell you that you have to buy the solo expansion from GreyFox Games SEPARATELY in order to play. You find this out when you read the back of the instruction manual after opening the box and it tells you that you have to buy it extra in order to play the solo variant. This should ABSOLUTELY be stated on the box so you know ahead of time. It is quite honestly false advertising on their part.
