Little stiff and hard

These are good quality boots. It’s a very important for me That I have a boot that fits me or I pay for it in the back and knees. I have tried other boots but keep coming back to this boot I will not try another . I have actually hiked Mount Washington wearing these boots. They are not heavy. This is the first composite toe that I am trying and I think I like it already dropped a ladder on my foot last year ,that composite toe would have made a big difference

Best pair of “work boots” I have ever owned. The reason I put work boots in quotes is because these are so comfortable that I find myself wearing them all the time and everywhere I go !! Even went on a hike in the mountains this weekend and they performed perfect for something they weren’t even designed for. I am on my feet most of my 60-70 hour work weeks and my feet never hurt. I was hesitant to pay this much for boots just for work, but soooo glad that I did.

This is my second pair that I’ve owned. The first pair I had lasted a while. The tread was worn flat before I got rid of them with some minor holes on the toes. But I have had this pair almost 5 months before they started separating at the heal. I don’t know if I got unlucky with this pair or the quality has gone down but they didn’t last near as long as the last pair.

I’ll never waste my money on Carhartt ever again. A month after wearing these boots the toe leather separated from the rubber. Since I had worn them on the job daily I figured I couldn’t return them. I bought these in May 2020, now it’s June 2021 and the heel sole has completed come loose from the boot. This is my third pair of the same model boot. I truly loved the first pair. I wore them to nothing on the bottom of the sole. My second pair lated a while. But the waterproofing gave out and I can’t stand wet feet. This last pair was the worst of all. Each pair was worse than before. My 3 yr jacket is falling apart where as my dads 20+ yr old jacket looks better than mine. I’m done wasting my money. Shame on you Carhartt. A truly great American company outsourced its manufacturing to China. Now all your products are trash. Fire your QC and start over.
