Ninja Obstacle Course for Kids - 2 X 50FT Ninja Kit with Many Accessories for Kids (Inc Hammock Swing)

This was a great kit, my child was just still a little young for it. We are going to keep it and put it aside for a year from now to see if she is better able to master the obstacles with little more growth! In the mean time she can enjoy the swing. She was able to do some of them but just a little too young to navigate it well.Overall it was easy to put up. Would definitely recommend two people, and the words :tighten as much as humanely possible to ensure it doesn't sag too much. We had trouble getting it tight enough and the right height to start with so we watched the install videos and messaged the company. Both were a HUGE help! Branton Fitness messaged back right away to ensure we had it right and even followed up to make sure she was enjoying it once we had it up! Then followed up again to offer us a free obstacle. <3

With our backyard set up as the Covid-Free playground for our grandsons, ages 5 & 8, we knew we needed to add a Ninja Line! When exploring items in the box we were pleased to see the quality of the included items and eager to set up the system. Wanting to add a ladder so that both ends were easily accessible we contacted B. BRANTON customer service about purchasing an additional item. This was the company's reply: We don't sell the ladder separately but let me check our store if we have any. We can send this through to you free of charge to show our appreciation of you as our customer." The ladder arrived yesterday and is also sturdy and well made. Yes, the line does bounce when both boys are active at the same time. We are thinking of shortening the span to eliminate some slack as it's really hard to mandate an only-one-at-a-time policy.

UPDATE 2 - I received a replacement slackline from the company measured to my specific needs. The company was extremely helpful and without hesitation sent me one that met my needs. If this product is anything like the customer service, it will be amazing. 5 stars for sure on customer service. Thanks BrantonUPDATE - I received a very timely response from the company on the below situation. They are being very cooperative in making sure I have what I need to make this kit work for my kids. So while I still say to measure carefully, I am very impressed at the company’s response. Not something you see much of these days - customer service.I will again update my rating once I am able to actually install the set and let the kids use it. Thanks to Branton Fitness on their assistance.Original post - Unfortunately, buyer beware, the length of the actual slackline is not a true 50’. The entire length of the slackline and ratchet set up is 50’. So every inch used to wrap the trees (or whatever your anchor points are) take away from the length of the usable slackline. For me, I have two great trees for anchor points but they are 48’ apart - so I thought this 50’ kit was ideal. Not so much.I emailed the company in hopes for some creative solutions. But for now, I am preparing to return this and trying to figure out a way to explain to my kid how Santa screwed this up.Depending how the company responds to assist in solutioning, I may be willing to change my review. But for now, I think their marketing is somewhat less than factually true and I am a bit frustrated about that. Kit looks great in the box though. For what that’s worth.

This set is awesome! We have installed it only once and taken it back down after a full day of play. It is strong, easy to put up (watched the video and read the manual and had no issues or mess ups when putting it up). The only reason for 4 stars is that when we took it down, we were unscrewing the caribiners and out of all of them provided, one had a 1/4" burr on it once unscrewed and sliced my husband's finger wide open. The burr came right off when we bent it. So, just a heads up on that. No safety issues other than that noted. The burr must have been inside initially and as he unscrewed it, it came out as we did not notice it when we first put the items on. Item shipped super quick and I've already talked a friend into buying one!

I surprised my sons with the Ninja Warrior Obstacle Course as a way to kick off summer. I am so thrilled with the level of excitement and fun it has provided. I was able to set the product up with ease, referring to the well written instructions and video. I am impressed the accessories are made of high quality material and rest on the slackline in an innovative way to provide stability as well as flexibility to adjust their sequence and length between stations. The customer service I was provided during a recent question was simply above and beyond anything I've experienced. I am happy my sons have additional motivation to spend time outside, with each other while having fun and building strength. I highly recommend this product.

I kept hearing them say "all the toys outside are baby toys, the play-set is too small for us, this is boring."I looked around at getting a larger swing set, something the older kids would like. But it was expensive and there is no way I would be able to install on my own.I had seen this before in the neighborhood. So I thought id give it a shot! AMAZINGThe kids LOVE it. I installed it ALL ON MY OWN. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hanging rings and bars.Customer Service reached out to me and I did end up having a question about how to tighten it a bit more and they MORE than helped out.

This review is 2 years later. Most reviews are right away but you never know if they are gonna last...Well here we are 2 years later and the ninja course is just as good as when we first got it. The 1st year we took it down and put away for winter but last year was mild here in NJ and we left it up. My kids all love this and so do their friends. Following the directions my husband and I were able to put it up relatively quickly and easy. Great addition to our backyard!
