Jellycat Soft Cloth Baby Books, Peek A Baby

My son’s favorite book! He is 4 months old and we can read this book 20 times in a row and he still loves it. His absolute favorite! Great interactive elements and lots to talk about on each page.

My daughters' favorite book, really helped her learn peek a boo!

Cute little book for baby. Lots of nice noises, pages crinkle, rattle, squeek, etc. Bright colors and different textures that baby will love. Like all Jellycat products this seemed like is was designed just for my little guy! You can see in the picture that this book has a little loop so you can attach it to stroller, shopping cart, etc....the loop has velcro so you can attach it easily LOVE this! Also every other fabric soft book I have got has very rough "adult" velcro on it....this book has micro velcro so when my son chews on it (which he does a lot) he wont scratch his gums!!!!!!!! Top quality

I bought this for my 8month old (now 11 months and still likes it). Some of the babies in the book aren't hidden as well as you would think. You can totally see the baby that is "hiding" underneath the table because the cloth that is supposed to be covering baby is not long enough. No matter though since baby likes it, it's good enough for me.

Such a cute book. My 10 month old could play peek a boo with the baby in each page. As another reviewer mentioned, some of the babies aren't very well hidden, but enjoyable nonetheless. We took the book on a trip shortly after we got it and it was a great way to keep my little entertained on the airplane. Sad to say we lost it somewhere along the way. Haven't yet repurchased but will soon. Jellycat makes great products that are perfect for kids.

I am very impressed with this book. My 21 month daughter is a book terror - nearly all of the cardboard books are missing corners or parts of the pictures...but she can't destroy this book! My 8 month son is fascinated with the bright colors and all the flaps. Every flap is made of a different material; one crinkles like paper, another is like a rattle - great for infants who love to feel all the different textures and put things in their mouth. It appears to be very well made, no loose threads or misaligned pages.

My baby likes this book a lot. It's brightly colored and had lots of parts that crinkle and even a page that squeaks. I'm not a fan of the illustrations or the text. The baby looks a little bit scary. The publisher could have spent a little more time on it. Other than that my baby really likes to look at it and put it into her mouth.

My grandson is just beginning to play peek-a-boo and knows to lift the flaps to find the baby. I only gave it four stars, however, because the baby is not really hidden in each of the pictures. The coverings should be a bit larger.
