As a competitive athlete I take several supplements. I never really know what's working. Saw Palmetto has done a good job keeping my prostate from enlarging. Good stream, and not urges to urinate. This and the Magnesium I take for cramping are two supplements that I know work.

WORKS! I use it for bladder control (or is it retention amount?) at night, has me down to making it through 8+ hours most of the time. I was at every 3 hours before. This supplier seems good, it's the 4th I have tried, with 3 having availability and/or quality issues.
