Just opened the box to hand out to the kids at the shower, they are all stale hard and broken apart

I thought the concept was great and presentation was cute but the bubblegum cigars appeared to be older as they were NOT pliable or soft in the least but so hard two or three of them out of the three packs I bought were broken. As a novelty they worked but I intended the recipients to be able to consume them if they so chose but I know I wouldn't consume the ones I received and doubt anyone else would.(I expected them to be softer and pliable like bazooka bubble gum is, not brittle.)

I gave these out when my granddaughter was born. Everyone said they taste so good.

They loved them they tasted fresh
