This advent calendar was a fantastic purchase! At first I was bummed because the first slime was not slime consistency, but my daughter figured out why. When you open the slime you need to mix in the liquidy activator that's in the bottom of the container. Easy! My daughter (13 yrs old) really enjoyed opening up a new surprise each day. The slime add-ins are really fun and cute. I think slime lovers of any age will enjoy this.

Great value. We had our Elf on the Shelf mail all three of our kids an advent calendar. I actually can’t stand slime, but I went with it to throw my daughter off of my trail. The slime has been quality (not wet and sticky) and doesn’t leave any residue on the table. The extra add ins (different glitters) were a fun touch. The only issue we had is two of the glitter bottles opened up in the package before it was time to open them. So the bottles were empty and glitter was in the package. But she didn’t seem to mind at all. Great value!

All of the days were all so different. However, some of the slime was too sticky, daughter had to throw half of them away after she spent 15 minutes to unstick it from her hands

My 11 year old loves this slime! It’s not that sticky slime that gets all over. It’s soft and smells good. The advent calendar has been great!

About half of the slimes were extremely sticky. Playing with them and getting air on them seemed to help for a couple of them. Some of them just stayed sticky. Some of the slims were more like old gum. They ripped apart when you try to stretch them. There was a great mixture of slime vs toppings. You get one slime one day and a topping the next day. We got 12 slims, 12 toppings. If you open them in order, by number, this is how it works. Ours were not scented as advertised. Overall, it kept my daughter interested and happy regardless of the sticky issues. She was a little disappointed because the box shows a rainbow slime, which she thought she would get, but did not. They are just solid color slime.

My kids were so excited to have this and the box looks very nice, but it says its fluffy slime and what I got for both my kids is a big gooby mess! It's not even fun at this point. They've gotten 3 of the same colors (in 1 box) so far, and out of 10 slimes 1 has actually been playable. We've tried to thicken it to get it to stop being such a mess but nothing has worked. WASTE OF MONEY! The only thing it's got going for it is the add-ins are nice and there is quite a bit of them.

We do an advent calendar for our daughter every year, as she is now a tween it It’s getting harder to find A Calendar that is inexpensive but contains items of interest, this fit the bill perfectly! Each morning she was excited about opening a new day on the calendar! It contains The same amount of slime and interesting ad in s as any other set and truly is a value for the price! If your child likes slime this is the early gift to get!

My seven year old loves this calendar. Our Elf on the Shelf brought it with her from the North Pole just in time for the first door to be opened on December 1st. My daughter likes it so much that she keeps it next to her bed and opens a door as soon as she awakes. The calendar has a nice balance of slime containers and add-ins. The only downside, in my daughter's opinion, is that over time the slime stiffens up a bit. It's still good to play with, though. I don't mind at all, since she still gets to enjoy it for a week or two, and I don't want it hanging around the house forever anyway.
