Bought for my mom. She was losing muscle on her hand and it was giving her issues. She's on the softest one still, but she says it had helped her soooo much to be able to use it regularly and work out her hand.

Exactly what I was looking for and more! Not only did I receive the 3 different types of putty as described in description and shown in picture. I received a free small hand exercise ball. The packages of clay are just the right size for my arthritic hands and or in my pocket. I use it when watching tv. Exercising with the clay relieves stiffness and builds strength in my hands. Ordering another set to keep one handy in my purse when traveling.

As a certified hand therapist, I highly recommend this therapy putty for hand strengthening (also great for sensory issues and to help improve focus, especially compared with the expensive brands used commonly in therapy clinics. Pros: -perfect size for most hand strengthening exercises (for average to small sized hands) -great texture for hand strengthening -maintains texture and resistance with use over time -maintains resistance when exposed to the warmth of hands (many putties soften quickly in warm hands which decrease the resistance causing the exercises to be less effective). -Not as stringy when pulled as compared to other brands which can be messy and damage fabrics -the small tab on the container lid is helpful for weak or arthritic hands, also just great for overall joint protection. -the 3 resistance package is great for progressing strengthening as well as for use with different exercies recommended by a therapist for a home exercise program (great price for 3 resistances) Cons: -Based on my experience with working with therapy putty for 23 years, I would say this putty is somewhat more resistant (soft is more comparable to medium-soft resistance) compared to brands more commonly used in therapy clinics). -the firm resistance putty will probably not be useful for most adults or children for hand strengthening (it is just simply too firm and is very difficult to remove from the container but this is true for all other brands as well). Firm resistance theraputty is usually reserved for more work hardening tasks or could be beneficial for a healthy, strong individual who is not experiencing any issues (pain, weakness, numbness) with an individual's hand (s). Summary: This product is a cost effective, well-packaged therapy putty. It is well designed and useful for hand strengthening. It is sensory enriching; provides an outlet for fidgeting hands as well as grounding for a wandering, inattentive mind/improve focus.

This putty is amazing! It stretches well, and each of the members of our family prefers a different strength level (soft, medium, firm). It's been wonderful as a fidget tool and for stimming.

After hand surgery, my right hand's grip was significantly reduced. I became aware of therapy putty through my physical therapist. The colors are accurate in the yellow being a beginning therapy strength, the red being more resistant and the green being the most resistant. I currently have "graduated" to the red and find the resistance right for continuing to strengthen my hand. Each person needs to follow the directions and not over-do or move to quickly through each stage. These are also recommended for people who have trouble focusing and need something to keep their hands or hand busy so they can focus on their tasks, similar to spinners; however the therapy putty provides the strengthening of the hand(s). I recommend.

Love them! I got them for my son that needs to strengthen his fine motor skills and these have been outstanding!

I love these! They are perfect for exercising the hands after being at the computer at work. I love to use these during zoom meetings where I’m just there to listen and follow along. The silicone texture is perfect - not sticky, not oily. The soft isn’t too soft like play dough tends to be, and the firm is exactly that. Definitely recommend 👍🏼
