So I like the idea and form of this, and it work well after a some fiddling, however the whole device get very hot from the handle to the very bottom of the stem mount. I gave my self a 2nd degree burn when my finger came into contact with the base of stem mount. You need to use some object or pot holders to use the handle to rise or lower the coals.

Was really hopeful for this but I just couldn't get it hot enough
