I have been using this product for about 1 week. It greatly reduces the pain. It’s great product for people who is suffering with hemorrhoids like me. I’m using after the each restroom other wise there’s a unbearable pain if I don’t use this cream. I don’t know if it’s work for internal pain but it does work for external problems. But of course it’s not for a treatment. A little bit expensive for the 20 grams.

So this smells a little odd, not a bad smell though, but I'm glad to say the herbs and whatever else is in hear really helps get rid of the pain and itching. It works really fast, just need to keep reapplying it every now and then. Has helped swelling go down and like I say gets rid of the itch really well. Glad I have it a try, very happy.

Okay so firstly I never usually even bother to write reviews, but this product is worth one. I literally have suffered for ten years with the pain and discomfort of hemorroids. I have used all the crazy chemical branded creams like uniroid etc etc and have never found anything that makes me feel normal. Always just usually adding an extra level of lubrication and usually then friction to the area in general. With this product thogfu, after I got over the initial horrifically unusual sensation no doubt from the menthol in the product I genuinely was astounded. For the first time I've found a cream that makes me feel almost like I have no issue there. After one use!!!! One use!!!!! Of course I will update this once I've used it a week and can comment as to whether it shrinks things etc etc but I have been pleasently surprised so far! Definitely worth it and so much more reassuring knowing the ingredients are natural!!!!

Finally found something that’s natural but at the same time actually works, it comes with 4 applicators!!! Like even with one this product would already be amazing. You do have to apply it consistently during inflammation flare ups as from one time it will only temporary reduce the pain but it won’t heal much, but after few applications it really reduces the problem, can’t recommend this enough.

This has really helped me, the pain from my anal fissure has reduced dramatically and up to now, after using it a few weeks the bleeding has stopped. Yes it does sting very slightly but that’s a comfort to me as I know it’s working and I find the feeling comforting. Also I had anaemia due to bleeding so on item tablets, with this product stopping the bleeding means my iron levels are back up. I hope Amazon never stop selling this as it’s sorted my problem out. Thank you I’m so very grateful because I have enough physical problems to deal with I didn’t fancy endless embarrassing trips the hospital. So thank you again xx

This hemorrhoid cream smells natural and has a nicer scent than the leading brand of hemorrhoid cream (the one that rhymes with parasol).When first used you do get an almost warm stinging sensation which for a few minutes is slightly uncomfortable but this then goes and you are left with a tingling sensation.A family member used this cream before going to bed and in the morning their piles felt much more comfortable and the cream had eased their discomfort.The cream comes with four applicators which is great as this is much more hygienic than just having the standard one applicator.The cream states that it can be used for internal, external and mixed hemorrhoids (or as I like to call them innies, outies and inbetweenies).My family member only used the cream for external hemorrhoids, so I don't know if you would get the same sensation when using for internal piles but even if you did for the short time of it being uncomfortable it is worth it for the relief, after all hemorrhoids usually hurt anyway.I would recommend this product, it is made with natural ingredients, has a nice scent, 4 applicators and even the name is funny -Cherioll like cheery ol' which is what you get when you this product.

Well... After years of itching and bleeding it has finally ceased. Tried the usual creams that initially worked but only in terms of numbing the area, even had an operation but that was short lived. Creams didn't seem to help the root cause and eventually the numbing would become less and less effective. This stuff hurt initially but believe me that was welcome over the itching for me as it would wake me up in the night (always worse at night). This is my second week and I am now only using it in the morning and will likely stop next week... No itching or bleeding anymore that used to happen after a number two.. Flipping incredible. Fingers crossed it will continue once I have stopped using it.

After years of using anusol 3-way and 4-way, germoloids and scheriproct from the doctor I was desperate, so I tried this. It quickly reduced an external hemmy and instantly soothed an internal one. Within 2 days, using this 3 times a day, the external one completely shrunk and went back in. I ended up buying and using 5 tubes of this stuff over 4 weeks and now, for the first time in almost 4 years I have no problem with haemorrhoids. I have no pain whatsoever. So for me, this stuff truely is a miracle cream. Yes it is very expensive and the tubes are tiny, but for me it was worth every penny. Wow.

Hat mir sehr geholfen, juckreiz und brennen sind nach 2 Tagen verschwunden, hab es 1x täglich (Abends) benutzt. Zum Glück sind die Schmerzen und juckreiz dann langsam verschwunden, schmiert nicht und riecht auch neutral. Sehr empfehlenswert für alle die in Analbereich Probleme haben!

Meine Frau benutzt diese Creme seit langer Zeit. Die Bestellung wurde sehr zeitnah erledigt, ich bin absolut zufrieden und werde wieder bestellen.

Je connais et utilise cette crème pour le corps depuis presque 30 ans, j'y suis toujours fidèle aujourd'hui. Son parfum et sa texture me conviennent parfaitement.

excellente crème que ces dames adorent. Evite de mettre de l'eau de toilette ou du parfum pour la nuit et produit la même séduction.
