Blew my fuse and port.
I read the description of this product before I purchased it, it states clearly that it was is a 12v heater. That is exactly what my car port station is to hook it up. I have a car charger with the exact same "voltage" for the past 7 years which I purchased on Amazon that has worked just fine. Now when I plugged in this heater to same port, the port blew. So I thought ok I did something wrong, no, I tried it in a different car, my siblings, and guess what, that port blew as well. So no, this heater is either more than 12v or something is definitely messed up with the one that I got. I have many different things hooked up to my port in my car, phones, tablets, even laptops and they all worked great. But I will never use this again. If I could give it no stars I would. Now I need to replace my port and the fuse I it blew.

Melted Connection
So I loved this little heater for a few days, then this morn I had it on for about 20 mins, no longer then usual, and I started smelling burnt plastic. Didnt even think it was this product at first but when I saw a little smoke come from dash and went to unplug it, it would not unplug. It was melted in place inside cigarette lighter. As you can see in the photo the plastic tip broke off as I was pulling it out. Now I'm sure my lighter wont work either. A shame too cause I really liked this heater. Gonna ask for a refund.

Ineffective Heater and defogger
This item was very weak in defogging or generating enough heat and I live in Florida as well. The delivery box was like shipping in a cracker Jax box. There was an heating element and it defogged maybe three inches. The swivel enabled you to turn the heat towards you and get minimal results.Do yourself a favor and spend a few bucks more to get a better operating device.

Waste of money
After plugging it in and turning it on it made a soft humming noise for about 3 seconds and then quit. Doesnt do anything now. Waste of money.I bought another heater from a local store just to find out it's the exact same one I ordered on amazon. Guess what? This one doesnt work either. These things are straight garbage.

Broke day 2
I would give it a negative rating but 1 star is as low as it goes. Didnt move much air to start with then by the second morning it burned out. Do not buy.

Does not put out much for hot air
Heats up but does not put out much for hot air. I leave my car parked outside and when it’s 20 above zero out and windshield is covered with frost I go out and turn heater on 10 minutes before leaving for work and when I get into my car I still have to scrape the windshield
