I bought this because I could not pass up the price and my 7 year old laptop is really slow. For starters, it appears to be in good shape. It feels well made and has a little bit of weight to it, which I think is a good thing. I could not give it a 5 star only because on each side, at about the hinge part, there are two small cracks. I understand that I bought a "renewed" one. I do not believe it will affect the workings of this Chromebook. Once I started it, it started right up. It ran me through the usual start-up new computer stuff and it works. It connected to my internet pretty easily. It just works for what I need it to. I plan on using it for work stuff, my personal bookkeeping, ect. I am not using it for any kind of gaming. Hope this helps.

Bought for my grandson and he loves it. Able to be used for education or games. Good first computer.

I can not believe this is what was sent to me. I ordered an hp Chromebook described as great refurbished condition. I was sent an old cracked and broken dirty windows tablet with a dirty well used keypad. It’s disgusting. Touch screen doesn’t work and came with no charger. Quality is unusable. DO NOT BUY! iTS A SCAM.

It arrived in good condition; it was a gift for my daughter, who loved it. It's very basic, perfect for doing simple tasks.

I'm an Apple guy and love my Apple desktop and laptop. Wanted this Chromebook for international travel - didn't want to lug the expensive Apple one around and risk damaging it. At this price point, didn't expect much but it's fine for what i want - just internet stuff. My second Chromebook and the one complaint is that if the cursor gets near a link, it opens it as if you clicked on it, whether you did or not. Would not want this to be my only computer but more than adequate for my needs.

Me anime a comprar la chromebook por la descripción del producto, el cual decía que era inspeccionado por proveedores cualificados de amazon y estaba en excelentes condiciones, pero cuando llego me lleve una enorme decepción, la chromebook tiene señas de que fue abierta, la parte baja de la carcasa tiene un tornillo diferente, el marco de la pantalla se ve un poco despegado y tiene algunas muescas pequeñas, se notan a simple vista probablemente la repararon o formaron una de varias piezas, otro detalle peor es que al parecer la "renovación" de estos productos consiste en cubrir la carcasa con un tipo de recubrimiento rugoso, no se si sera vinilo o que tipo de material adhesivo es, pero se nota bastante, con esto cubren los rayones y desperfectos de la carcasa, pero hasta el touchpad cubrieron, y lo peor de todo es que no encendio, me llego un producto que se ve mal y que no sirve, les recomiendo tener cuidado si piensan comprar alguna chromebook de amazon renovado o re acondicionado.

Although the Chromebook was used the screen was immaculate with only a few scratches on the base cover. Everything else like new and functions just fine.

This was a gift for my granddaughter...her first chrome book..she was very happy with it and it was a great deal...and a great first computer.

Decent product, especially for the price. Only complaints are a few scratches and it runs a little slow. USB port could use a little cleaning as well. Otherwise I'm happy.

I am so disappointed,i paid so much for this so my kids can do work at home over the holidays and i got this used scratched and cracked Chromebook. I want my refund,this is unacceptable. Dont waste your money on it
