Nice and comfortable. Plenty of adjustability between the head reset and footrest to find the perfect spot.Assembly was easy it came split in half. Took about 10 minutes to unbox and set up. Holding up very well, leather seems of good quality.

The cushioning for the head is too thick.

This recliner came in a very heavy (180lbs) box but flew together quickly.The leather is fabulous!The motors are quick and quiet, it's smooth and looks well built.What I don't understand is the "ambient lighting" which are blinding blue LEDs underneath.They certainly aren't "ambient" but look like blue aircraft landing lights.I imagine they'd be great at night if you drop something in the carpet, otherwise the lighting is useless.You can see in the second photo that the blue light on the wall is almost as bright as the big TV.That's a huge distraction.Oh yes... the recliner's quite comfortable btw.

I bought two recliner chairs for my living room to replace my existing furniture. I received them today and delivery was just fine. When I unpacked and put the first chair together and plugged into to an outlet the electronics did not work! I called the distributing company and the nice lady on the line said I need too change the electric board. She indicated that it will take couple of weeks to get the parts. She also highly recommaned that I put the second chair together to make sure the other one works. I did and it did not work! I asked her why they did not check the items before shipping. She did not have an answer. She also indicated to me that if I return the products there will be shipping and restocking charge which can be 30 to 40 % of the product price. I had purchased these chairs through Amazon and once I contact them about the problem all was taken care of for the return. Totally waste of my time! One wonders why a great company like Amazon need to work with losers like Seatcraft company!

There is a hole in the side of the chair, when I went to open it from the box I noticed it

I always wanted a chair with a tray, but I didn't know I would have to give up comfort to get it. The arms are uncomfortably short and the back doesn't have a separate movement control. I expect a new chair to be harder than normal, but this one is over the top hard.It cost me $470.00 to ship this chair back, but I'm OK with the loss.

My only problem is they don't offer it in vanilla or beige, DUMB
