I use this to make keto milk. 1 can of evaporated sugar free milk mixed with 2quarts of water. Works great and taste good.

Healthy option
A great alternative to sweetened condensed milk. Since I have stopped eating sugar, I’m always on the hunt to find a best sugar free products. I used it to make pumpkin pie and it came out amazing.

Pricey but it's the only "Right" brand of Hong Kong Style Milk Tea!
I wish Black & White Cow Evaporated Milk is more widely available in the States like in Australia, but unfortunately it isn't and it is quite pricey in comparison. However, it's the only brand that makes your Hong Kong Style Milk Tea really smooth and taste authentic. Don't bother with the other brands like Carnation, I tested all the other local evaporated milk brands. None of them have the right ratio of whole milk/fat that Black & White Evaporated Milk has for Milk Tea.
