Magnetic screw holder
Pretty strong, magnetic hold

Best I've tried that is capable of holding large round, washer-head. cabinet head type screws!
Best bit holder I've tried that is capable of holding large round, washer-head. cabinet head type screws and GRK RSS Rugged Structural Screws! I've even used it with Torx T30 bits and driven around fifty 6" long and quarter inch diameter lag screws with no pilot hole. So, it's obviously very strong as well. There aren't many bit holders capable of holding these types of screws in the first place. Secondly, I've tried the similar Wera and Makita holders. The Norske by far the best of the three. I've driven a few thousand screws on my garage build and it is performing great. I've since ordered like 4 or 5 more as redundant replacements because they've become so fundamentally important to me. I'll likely order even more because of my OCD when it comes to having many layers of redundancy for vital items and critical infrastructure.

Recommend it
Works really good better than most magnetic drill head holders

Compatible with any chucked drill or 1/4" impact.
Highly recommend for use on wood. This is my favorite bit if you have not been to Walter's wholesale electric that's why you have not heard of this tool distribution company Norske makes a great product. So far it's stood the test of every sheet metal, or wood screw I've come across in the field. If your using self tappers or tek screws this bit will collect all of the metal shavings, And may become a nuisance for everyday use, if accessibility is not an issue. ITS EASIER TO USE A REGULAR PH#2. the metal shavings that build up around the magnet have to be removed before the next screw will sit even on the bit and magnet but for out of reach places where a screw is your only option it's the best.

Amazing yet fragile
Tremendous product as far as holding ferrous screws. Initially was impressed by the stability of the magnet and how it held the fastener, even after the surface of the magnet fragmented. What killed the Norske was that it jammed up to release the stripped Phillips (Makita XLT #2) head that I needed to swap. It claims impact ready, but upon my first experience, I’m not so sure. Also, I was driving solely with a gen 3 Milwaukee M12 Fuel impact. Maybe gen4

I love this bit holder
The build quality is better than the Dewalt one that operates the same, but just works better all around. The durability is fantastic, I have 2 and have only used 1 so far and used it for months on a ton of projects. It's easier to use, and the way the screw locks in makes it fit better and easier to drive. I've already had a Dewalt one break on me, so I'll say you're really getting your value for your money here. Their bit kit is awesome. They have P2 bits made especially for drywall screws!

For the price, not worth it. Get yourself Milwaukee or weha
I'd say for the price point this did not last at all what I wanted it to. I had a Milwaukee locking beholder and it lasted at least a year before I got stolen. Never had any issues. Good magnetism solid holding of the bit without infering in the bids. Use. This however broke after a few tries and started to disintegrate at the magnet will look like the magnet and the magnet doesn't exactly work as you would like it only magnetizes to the end of your screw. It doesn't magnetize your bit. This thing's a piece of crap. It's also girthy so you can't use it with standard hardware that you would want to utilize something like this with.
