Madison Wooden Floor Cabinet with 2 Glass Doors, Espresso

This looks great it came packaged well and was easy to put together with a little time. I’m very pleased with it

I was pleasantly surprised with this purchase. I bought this cabinet for my guest bathroom, and I have to say, it looks really nice. You would never know I only paid $128 for it. It was a breeze to put together for someone who is used to putting together furniture, took about 20 minutes. One reviewer mentioned stickers on the glass, but there where no stickers on my glass pieces to mess with, so maybe they've stopped doing that? Anyhow, it's a nice, solid piece, doesn't look cheap, and does in fact resemble real wood. I'm completely happy and highly recommend--I might even get another one for the master bath!

This cabinet was purchased to hold my pets ashes and shadow boxes with paw prints. It looks great. The only complaint was that one of the rubber shelf holders kept coming out and the shelf kept falling. I was upset but fortunately my husband had one that fit. I needed every shelf so I’m relieved that he had it. The parts were not as accurate as other things I purchased which caused it to be a slight challenge to assemble but looked beautiful when done. Aside from the fitting issues, I would have given it 5 stars.

The size and design of this cabinet was exactly what I was looking for, but there are issues that can’t be ignored. During the assembly process, if one piece inadvertently rubs against another piece, part of the finish will be damaged. Another issue is the wood is very soft, which begs the question as to how much weight can you put in it before it starts to pull apart. The hardware was very poor quality compared to other manufacturers. As other reviews have mentioned, one door does not align with the other door. There’s no correcting it due to the soft wood. And now for the greatest reason to not buy this. The SMELL! It’s terrible. Whatever you put inside will come out smelling horrible. So that’s another problem to solve. I took it outside to dismantle and put in the trash. Save your money.

We purchased this cabinet to be used as a coffee and tea station in our dinning room. The size and color were perfect for our needs. The adjustable shelves are a nice touch and if you need larger areas, you can remove one shelf (or both) all together. Assembly took some time, but it was incredibly easy to do and no parts were frustrating. I had no issues with the glass doors lining up properly or with them latching to the magnet to close. It seems sturdy to me and we couldn't be happier.

Finish Looks nice...a few very minor scratches but for the price, not bad. Directions Not so good. I have put together many RTA pieces (from Bush, Sauder, Ameriwood, etc), but these directions were not very good compared to those. Assembly Hardware The screws were ok, but the cams were horrible. Was missing 2 cams, 1 for each unit. When I first put them in they were just spinning and wouldn't catch the dowel piece at all. I had to kind of tilt the cam to catch the dowel and then was able to tighten them...but the cams ended up not being flush with the bottom shelf...didn't really matter too much though because the cams were on the bottom and no one sees it. Also, I barely turned one of the cams and it broke. Emailed the company to send me 2 more cams to replace the missing ones. Am waiting for email response. Doors Installed easily..lined up evenly...knobs even with each other...finish on knobs good...Magnet holds door closed but not really strongly. The finish where glass meets wood not so great, but ok for the price. Shelves Good. Pegs pushed in nicely and shelves seated themselves well on the pegs. Overall Assembly I too had to glue the wooden dowels because they were a little too small for the pre-drilled holes. It's not as wobbly as some reviews have indicated but definitely has a slight wobble. Again, for the price, I'm willing to accept it. Overall Appearance Looks MUCH more expensive than it is...unless you examine it really closely...which NO ONE in my house is going to do LOL We're only using it for additional storage so it will not be getting continuous use....don't think it could take it!

I have have had this cabinet several months now. I wanted a way to display a collection but protect the items. These wonderful glass doors are the perfect solution. Very sturdy cabinet. Looks great in person.

I like the size as it fits perfectly in the space. In assembling the pictures are not clear. Two pieces were put on wrong as the picture did not show the groves. The piece that goes across the top that holds the doors closed is not steady so we had to put tape inside so the piece would not move.
