Can I put this into the karscher bottle, and use with the Karscher jet wash

Yes, I've been using the karcher foam spray bottle. But I have mixed the car god's liquid twice the recommended strength as I find it stays longer. Overall I'm very happy with this product.

Is this any good for alloy wheels or do i need to purchase separate product for them?

No. You need alloy wheel cleaner
