I ordered these to replace my embarrassingly worn out caps on a broken chair at the office (couldn't find them locally and these ended up being cheaper anyway). They shipped very quickly. I've only had them on for a few days now but no signs of trouble so far. No cracks or discoloration. My cleaners haven't managed to make them turn sticky or anything like that. I would order these again if I had to. They feel durable enough that I don't think I will ever need to. They didn't have that "new car smell" that I find on a lot of plastic products. Installation was quicker than expected and didn't require instructions.

These work out just fine. It is amazing how many people will discard an expensive office chair because the armrest cushions are damaged. The original manufacturer's arm rest cushions are softer but they are easily damaged. These replacements are not as cushioned and more Rigid. They will last much longer than the manufacturer's original product.

Worked perfectly

Took me a while to figure how to install. You have to make sure that you unscrew the securing screw all the way. Slip on the armrest and then put the screw in. It is such a tight fit that if you put the screw in too early it is have to slip over the securing area. Its not as soft as the originals but does the job and will probably last a long time.

The arm cushions look and feel exactly like the original pads that came with the chair. I can understand why some people struggled to install the new pads as it first seems as though they're a very tight fit, but it can be easy if you let the screw that holds the arm cushions in place do the work of the installation. For an easy install, first hook the end of the pad without the screw onto the arm rest. Then, insert the screw and screw it into place while gently pushing down on the same end of the arm cushion. The screw will grab onto the cushion and as you turn the screw driver to tighten the screw, the arm cushion will lower itself slowly and snuggly into place. Hope this helps!

Easy to install, but the padding is harder than the original, making it uncomfortable during long sittings.

This are perfect, it is a little complicarted to install but once you get the idea and the perfect fit it takes about 20 minutes total. They are a little firm as some People pointed out but it is mostly because the material is new compared to the old ones.

We will see if these hold up 10+ years like the OEM.
