Initially, they sent me a name plate with smears all over the acrylic. They were kind enough to understand that I expected nothing less than perfect for a product this pricey, and shipped me a replacement.Let's just say, this plate made people look at me in a completely different light. I got respected a lot more, and made me understand that something as simple as a classy nameplate conveys a lot about your personality to others. Good buy, recommended 100%

It is a very good product at a good value. The only negative is that it arrived a day later than expected.
