Halo Hairband Headband Sweatband 1 inch wide

I really like this headband/hairband. I don't use it as a traditional sweatband (like across the forehead (horizontally)). Its whole underside is velvet so it does not slip around on your hair. I guess I have a big head because it will cause a crease in my hair but also hurt my head after some time. The part that is elastic on the bottom will slip up if you don't have a ponytail or bun preventing it from moving.

This is my second time purchasing this product. After a year and half of use the bnd began to stretch out and was no longer tight against my hair so I ordered a second one. I have thin fine hair with a slightly large forehead. In the past I had issues with headbands staying in place on my head but this one is far the most effective. I also bought the smaller half inch version but it doesn't stay in place as well.

I wanted this to work for me to keep short bangs out of my face, but it doesn't. It feels like a tight fit and it looks nice, however it slides. I may have a weird shaped head because one side always slides back (towards my pony tail). I tried it a couple times for tennis but that one side I can feel slip after awhile. The Halo logo is a little large on the band and it's in white letters, which you can't see by the current image of the item, but that was also a surprise. After wearing it for a few hours, it does leave an indent on your hair, which may not matter to you but it's kind of like getting hat hair after wearing it.

nothing I do not love about this simple functional sweatband. I sweat so bad when i play sports that my eyes continually burn. I am female and 62. I wanted a very narrow headband but it needed to be a workhorse ! This one did it. the men may want the larger one, but especially for women with smaller foreheads this works. the small elastic in the back does not mess with my hair either. I hide it under my sun-visor and you don't even see it slaving away !!! well worth the bucks !

A good friend of mine was wearing this headband and she raved about it. I realize it may be a silly thing to get super excited about - but when you work out all the time it's important!! I wore it to the gym the same day I received it and it did not slip or budge - and kept my bangs (which I sometimes regret getting) off my face. I need one in every color!!! A must have for cardio freaks, runners, yogis, or anyone who lives in Florida during the ridiculously hot months of July and August.

Perfect should have brought two

Perfect non-slip headband. I have always had trouble with keeping headbands on-they usually slide off within minutes, but this one is different! The velvet backing keeps the headband in place and it is so comfortable-I usually forget that I am wearing it. I highly recommend Halo brand. I bought mine in teal but I am coming back to order one in each color. Perfect size, fit, comfort, and color. It is not adjustable, but came in just the right size.
