Seems to work as good as oem battery
Seems to work as good as oem battery, but I've only had it a few months. Since the oem one lasted only a year, this one hopefully works just as we'll for a fraction of the cost.

Defective - do not buy
This battery doesn't work. It won't hold a charge for longer than one hour, and unfortunately, by the time that was discovered there was no "return" option. The seller responded to my return request and negative feedback by asking for photographs of the device and the battery this one was supposed to replace, which they're not going to get because the old battery is long gone, and our systems department didn't have the time or resources to devote to an $18 purchase. We bought the same battery from Cisco, paid 3 times as much, and it works perfectly. Still waiting on that refund...

garbage!
my boss ordered 5 of these...the first one wouldnt take an initial charge,and doesnt work. the second one i put in to replace it drops to below half charge at the end of the work day. garbage!
