Gurmar Gymnema Inodorum Chiang-Da Original Grown in Thailand Herbal Tea

First time trying this type of tea. I liked being able to reuse the tea bag for another cup with the same strength.

It really didn't curbed MY sugar cravings noticeably, tastes like spinach water, to me. I think there is another strain that is used for my intended purpose.

The tea has a distinct taste (not bad). I have not seen any improvement in my diabetes. I test my blood sugar at lease three times daily. I'm not giving up though. One tea bag makes about 4 cups. My husband and I have decided to make it a little stronger (making only two cups per bag). So we'll just keep trying it.

Tea is pretty mild flavor, good all around tea. Not sure if it has impact on sugar levels or cravings. Only have had it a few times and cannot tell any difference yet.

This is a bit sweet and I don't like sweet tea or coffee so only 3 stars. Had a nice flavor otherwise.

This tea has a pleasant, earthy taste, I have not as yet noticed it decreasing my sweet cravings, but will keep drinking it.

Product as described. Timely delivery but question the value for the money.
