Pan didn't fit well on stand
Nice heavy pan and for the money this is great. My only issue is that the pan wobbles on the stand which is a bit of a pain as have to keep straightening it up.

Potentially dangerous
At first glance the product appears to be fine but that changes in use. I warmed the pot (with cheese) on the hob and carried it through to set on the burner. It's then you find the first problem, the base of the pot does not sit properly in the burner stand. If the table gets nudged the pot slips to the heavy handle side. Not quite so bad with an inch of sticky cheese but I would not trust this with hot oil. Another aspect of the design that increases the chance of accidents is that the burner does not travel between the legs of the pot stand. So if you do as I did, you end up having to find somewhere to put the pot whilst you light the burner and lift the stand to place the burner underneath. I was expecting to simply put the pot on the stand, light the burner and slide it underneath - safe and easy. But not the case here. An annoyance with the product is that the burner "flutters" in use. It's not dangerous but you can hear it so it's a bit irritating and makes you check regularly that it's still lit if there's too much noise being made by your cheesy eyed guests. Adjusting the burner flame (as you have to do to prevent burning the cheese/pot) is also not that easy because of the average quality materials/construction of the burner. What is most annoying is that it's just a few design tweaks that would make this product perfectly acceptable. Had I realised all the above before use I would have returned it. Genuine purchase, genuine review, all my personal opinions.

A great quality fondue pot and wonderful replacement to my wedding gift from 15 years ago. It is heavy duty, easy to clean, plenty big enough for cheese and chocolate fondue. I don't think I would recommend this for oil or broth fondue as this is more shallow. But our cheese fondue was a big hit and perfect for our family of 4.

We used a can of gelled fuel from our local sportsman’s warehouse. This pot worked amazing we used it for a cheese fondue, the cheese cleaned off with no issues. Make you’re fondue on the stove first then move it to the stand and burner for serving. When you get to the last bit of fondue blow the flame out the pot is super thick and heavy and retains heat very well. If you don’t get rid of the fire at the end. You will just burn what’s left in the pot.

Love the size, perfect for family dining. Pro - heavy duty. cast iron heats evenly, can use on stove and on stand. Fondue forks are sturdy and sharp. Easy and quick clean up. Used it the same night for cheese fondue and a broth fondue. Con - the heating element requires liquid fuel to fill it to use. Tried to use a fuel can that I had for a chaffing dish, but it was too tall to fit under the stand. Have to use the small/shorter fuel cans, or liquid fuel with the provided set.
