Came in great packaging. Works great!

Not the best money I’ve spent. The initial product was said to be delivered when it was supposed to but the tracking number wasn’t for my product. They finally sent the package, but the conveyor belt speed is not consistent. I needed this as an emergency for business. If I had to buy again I would look elsewhere. I will say the company got it there after the initial complaint quickly, however I’m not sure if it was ever sent in the first place upon initial order.

Bought oven August 2024. Both top heating elements are not working and conveyor is not functioning properly- takes at least 10 minutes to warm up. Had an Omcan that worked great before this one for 7 years, but very unhappy with this last purchase

We use this daily in our Sandwich shop in Taft Ca. Route 33 Sandwich Company. Its turned on daily from 9AM to 4 PM. We cook bacon and heat meat, melt cheese, toast bread and make hot sandwiches. Love this machine. It has had one problem with the heating elements. They sent us the part at no charge. Great product!

It is what I wanted. I need to get it set up to see if it meets my expectations.

Get a convection oven instead of this . We cook pizzas in this ONLY. It is so hard to get all the settings correct for pizza. The manufacturer recommended started my pizza on fire.

Great small size warmer.
