Tillamook Country Smoker Keto Friendly Zero Sugar Beef Jerky, Original, 6.5 Ounce

This jerky is outstanding. I am so happy to finally find a jerky without sugar (why do we have to put sugar in everything?) that has the perfect texture, for me, I love the original flavor, and at a very reasonable price - thank you. This will be my go to snack from now on!!!

I really liked this more than I expected. The flavor is great and it actually tastes fresh, not overly processed or artificial like some similar snacks. It’s savory, well seasoned, and satisfying without being too heavy. What I appreciate most is how convenient it is. It’s easy to grab when you want something quick, especially if you’re trying to stick to a low-carb or keto friendly option. It feels filling and works well as a snack between meals. The texture is good and not overly tough or dry, which can sometimes be an issue with smoked or packaged snacks like this. It’s something I can see myself keeping on hand regularly.

Delicious chunks of chewy joy. Some pieces are soft and chewy some are harder. I like when it’s soft. It’s hard to stop eating it especially since there is a ton of protein packed in with no added sugar. It does taste sweet and a little acidic like teriyaki. I need this taken away from me.

I bought these when my husband was on the keto diet. They don’t have any sugar or carbs. They taste good and make a great snack. Great value for the money.

This is great, hide it from your cats. They find it wherever we put it, so if we don't finish the bag, it goes in the fridge. Otherwise I'll find it in the morning, full of holes. Great flavor, very salty, not good for cats.

First off the flavor was phenomenal. It was a very subtle teriyaki flavor with some woodsy after notes to the flavor. It was all very subtle (which is what I personally prefer) and not in your face so the meat flavor could shine through. The flavor is what really made it for me, BUT everything else about this snack was below average. As someone on keto, it is extremely hard to find snacks I like that are low carb and also sugar free. I've had Tilamook's smoked a sausage meat before (a total recommendation btw) and so I thought to give this a try. Glad I did, but also not entirely sure I would order again. The only reason I would give this a try again would be due to it being extremely keto friendly, but here are the negatives I had. Texture - The texture was all over the place for me. Some pieces were very dry to the point where it cumbled in my mouth, some were so hard they almost felt like plastic, and some pieces were incredibly tender. A majority was on the drier side of the spectrum. I tend to like my jerky more on the tender side so that would have made it perfect. Amount - There wasn't a whole lot in the bag and it was over $10. Now I know jerky is expensive so I won't fault the price but it just didn't seem like a big bang for the buck sort of deal. The worst part of this was alot of the jerky was ground up into a fine powder. You can see from the pictures I provided that there wasn't really a whole lot of decent sized actual jerky pieces in the bag which was disappointing. Maybe I just got a bad bag. I may try the other flavors at some point in hopes that not all the bags will be like this, but to be honest was pretty disappointed. Overall, from what I could eat of this, I loved the flavor and not much else. Can only give this 3 stars. It's not the worst but wish there would have been more actual jerky pieces in the bag for the price.

This Jerky has wonderful flavor. Every bag I have gotten has been great quality. I purchase at least once a month and it's always the same. Will purchase again.

The original flavor gets 5 stars- I had tried it before I ordered from Amazon and it's my go to snack. The TERIYAKI flavor though - not good! I have been using sugar alternatives for a long while so I am accustomed to the different taste... but the Teriyaki jerky leaves this terrible after taste from the sweetener they used (label says Steviol glicosphates). I'm really disappointed because I love Teriyaki jerky in general but this one is not good! It is so bad that I only ate one piece and will be throwing away the rest. Sum up: original flavor good, Teriyaki flavor bad!
