Doesn't grind properly, specially in making ginger garlic paste doesn't work properly, not satisfied! This used to be a very good mixer grinder when I first bought it five years ago. But they have made many changes to the product since then. After the previous mixer grinder died, I bought the same model again six months ago. To my disappointment, the product doesn't work at all like before. It makes a lot of noise. It takes a lot of time to grind dry spices. There is also a lot of leakage from the chutney jar which is now much smaller in size. The jars no longer have handles. The lids do not close properly as there is no gasket to secure the lids properly. Activa has cut too many corners with this product reducing what was once an exceptionally good mixer grinder to a completely substandard product. Will not repurchase from Activa again. I have ordered this mixer recently but the cap is not getting closed properly for both the jars,even I tried pressing it but still the cap is not getting closed. Highly disappointed.
